About the Transplant Games: These games are a week-long celebration of life, resilience, and the incredible power of organ, eye, and tissue donation. The Games will unite transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, caregivers, those awaiting transplant, donation and transplant professionals, supporters, volunteers, and spectators for an unforgettable week of competition, connection, and celebration. With 20 athletic competitions and more than 60 special events and programs, the 2026 Games will showcase stories of hope, resilience, and possibility—inviting all to see what others can’t envision.
